Refund & Return Policy for Fortuna LA

At Fortuna LA, every piece is made and packaged with care. Because of the limited nature of our items, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please make sure to review your order details, size, and address before checking out.


2. Refunds (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@fortunala.com.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we’ll let you know if it qualifies for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or any other reason outside of damage or incorrect items.
Please check all product details and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


4. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us right away at info@fortunala.com so we can help resolve the issue.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will only cover the product cost — not the shipping fee.
