1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-demand periods (such as drops, restocks, or sales), processing times may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

U.S. Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping (Currently Not Available): Typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs process.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fortuna LA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Fortuna LA is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Fortuna LA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
If you need help filing a claim, you can reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
7. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@fortunala.com. — we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

For preorder or limited-edition drops, please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping dates.
